How far in advance should I book my airport transfer?

There is no time how long in advance booking can be done.

Minibus max 8 passengers, plus 8 cases, Plus hand luggage

Do you provide child seats/booster seats

Taxis are exempt for child’s seats but we Provide booster seat if requested.

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes we all are and DBS checked every 6 months.

What happens if my flight is delayed

We check the status of flights that are booked in with us.

Do you offer meet-and-greet service?

Yes.

How are your rates calculated

Prices are fixed for airport others get calculated on distance.

Are there any additional charges not included in the quoted price?

No there is no extra charge.

Do you charge extra for late-night pickups?

Small added to price max of £20.

Is gratuity included in the price?

No.

Do you offer discounts for round-trip bookings?

No we don’t, but we make sure you get looked after with a competitive rate.

Where exactly will my driver meet me at the airport?

Our driver will contact you and arrange a meeting point.

How will I recognise my driver?

We will have a name board for new customers.

What happens if I can't locate my driver?

You can call our driver and we can arrange a meeting point.

How much time should I allow between my scheduled arrival and transfer?

In most of the cases, everything runs nice and smooth.

Do you monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly?
